Who We Are
Privé is a global lifestyle and hospitality company operating through a network of affiliated entities and partners. The relevant Privé entity providing services to you will be identified in your membership documentation, onboarding materials, or service agreement.

Privacy Notice Updates
This Privacy Notice replaces any previous versions published by Privé. We may update this Notice from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, or our business operations, including updates related to our website or mobile application. Any updated version will be made available through our website, Member Portal, or mobile app.

What Personal Data We Collect
Personal data means any information that can identify an individual. Privé may collect, use, store, and transfer different types of personal data, including identity data (such as name, date of birth, and title), contact data (such as address, email, and telephone number), financial data (including payment information), transaction data, profile data (including preferences, interests, and lifestyle information), and technical data (such as IP address and device information).

When you use the Privé mobile application, we may also collect device-specific and app-related data, including device identifiers, operating system, app usage patterns, log data, and interaction history within the application. Where enabled by you, we may collect location data to enhance service delivery, such as providing location-based recommendations or coordinating real-time requests.

How We Collect Your Data
We collect personal data directly from you when you interact with us, including when you apply for membership, request services, communicate with our team, or use our website or mobile application. This includes data entered within the Privé mobile app, such as preferences, requests, and communications with your Lifestyle Manager.

We may also collect data automatically through your use of our website and mobile application, including through cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies that track usage, performance, and engagement.

In addition, we may receive data from third-party providers, partners, or publicly available sources, provided that such data is obtained lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.

How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data to provide and manage our services, fulfill Requests, process payments, communicate with you, and enhance your experience as a Privé Member. This includes using data collected through our mobile application to support real-time coordination, request management, and communication with your Lifestyle Manager.

We may also use your data to personalize recommendations, curate experiences, and improve our services across both digital and in-person interactions. Where permitted, we may use your data for marketing purposes, including sharing relevant offers, events, or opportunities aligned with your interests. You may opt out of such communications at any time.

All processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with applicable legal bases, including performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, or your consent where required.

How We Protect Your Personal Data
Privé takes the security of your data seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data, including secure systems, encryption protocols, restricted access controls, and monitoring across both our website and mobile application.

Where payment data is processed, we adhere to industry standards, including PCI-DSS requirements, to ensure the security of financial information.

We may share your personal data with trusted third parties where necessary to deliver our services, including Suppliers, partners, affiliates, and professional advisors. This may include sharing information through systems integrated with our mobile application to facilitate service delivery.

These parties are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it for specified purposes. We may also disclose personal data where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of Privé and its Members.

Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory, and operational requirements. Data collected through the mobile application is retained in accordance with these same principles. In some cases, data may be anonymized and retained for analytical or statistical purposes.

International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. This may include data transmitted through our mobile application or supporting infrastructure. Where such transfers occur, Privé will implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You may also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Requests to exercise your rights may be submitted through your Lifestyle Manager, the Member Portal, or the Privé mobile application where applicable.
